Smile

Smile combines pine needles and raffia with a manipulated gourd that I purchased from Shaney Gourds. I cut, drilled and finished the interior and exterior surfaces. A small basket closes the opening on the inside. Though most of my baskets are all pine needles, it is fun to experiment with gourds. This one does make me smile.
