I’ve Got Rhythm

This is made with pine needles. This basket was by coiling the inside while creating the design pattern on the outside. The interior was made with dyed pine needles. The outside design was made with long leaf pine needles.

I am a self taught artist and a pine needle basket maker. I started weaving and coiling baskets in December of 2021. My designs are uniquely mine; creating stitches to solve problems and testing the limits of the materials. My dreams are filled with patterns and the unexpected.
