Since 1985, I’ve been making basketry and art using plant materials I’ve grown, or gathered with permissions from logging sights. I hope the art I create reflects my deep relationship with the place I live, the plants that grow here, and my respect and gratitude for Indigenous Peoples living today who are caring for this land as their ancestors have done since time immemorial.
