Ye’ela Wilschanski is an interdisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Her sculptors are inspired by seasonal straw craft harvest blessing, basket weaving and earthenware pottery, all in relation to her body. She especially enjoy weaving with repurposed Lulav, a palm frond that is celebrated as part of the Jewish Sukkot blessing ritual.
