Ancients and Aliens First Encounter with Spaceship

I began my journey in Fiberarts as an artist, teacher, and lecturer over 40 years ago. I’ve experimented with a variety of techniques over the years, coiling and and random weave some of my favorites. I often combine my baskets with cast paper and embellished them with found objects. Whether my sculptures are 2 inches tall or 10 feet tall, inspired by the goddesses and gods of ancient Egypt, travels in outer space and meeting aliens, or by investigating the magical underwater sea life of the waters in the Pacific Northwest… they always have a story to tell.
