If your NBO membership is expiring, you can renew your membership on our website. Here’s how to do it.
When your NBO membership is due for renewal, you will receive an email with the subject line “Your NBO Membership is expiring – Please renew now!”
This email includes a link: Renew Now. Click that link to open a login form on the NBO website.
Because we are transitioning to new membership software, most NBO members don’t have a password yet. (If you do, go ahead and log in, and you’ll be taken directly to checkout.)
To create a new password, click the “Lost your password?” link on the Login page. Then enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. (If you have more than one email address, use the one that the above email was sent to.)
Within minutes, you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. After creating a password, log in.
Now that you’re logged in, click My Account, then Membership, and then the “Pay” button. That will take you to our secure online checkout.
On the checkout page, double-check your address and contact information, enter your credit card information and place your renewal order. Don’t forget to check the box accepting the terms and conditions.
That’s it! Your membership will be re-activated immediately, including access to exclusive member-only website content.
We value your membership, and we’re glad that you’re part of our inclusive community of basket makers and enthusiasts promoting awareness, inspiring creativity, and fostering appreciation for the heritage and artistry of basketry.
Can I renew my membership without going online?
