How to reactivate your NBO membership

If you did not renew your NBO membership by the renewal date, it may be on-hold. Please follow these easy steps to reactivate your membership!

1. Log in to our website.

Click the “Log in” button at the top right of any page on the website.

Enter your email address and password, and click “Log in”. If you have more than one email address, use the one you previously used with NBO. Even if your membership is on-hold, your previous password will still work.

If you need to create a new password, click the “Lost your password?” link on the Login page.  Then enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. Within minutes, you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.  After creating a password, log in.

2. After logging in, click My Account in the top menu, then Membership, and then the “Reactivate” button.

If you previously saved your credit card information, we will process the renewal payment and reactivate your membership immediately. You’re done!

Otherwise, you will be taken to our secure online checkout.

3. If you’re taken to the checkout page, double-check your address and contact information, enter your credit card information and place your renewal order.  Don’t forget to check the box accepting the terms and conditions.

That’s it!  Your membership will be reactivated immediately, including access to exclusive member-only website content.

We value your membership, and we’re glad that you’re part of our inclusive community of basket makers and enthusiasts promoting awareness, inspiring creativity, and fostering appreciation for the heritage and artistry of basketry.
