 yond (Weekday Workshop) - Saint Meinrad Archabbey
DESCRIPTION:Participants will learn the fundamentals for weaving a twined b
 asket by creating a set of two or three bowls. Demonstrations will discuss
  topics such as how to start and finish a basket\, how to modify the baske
 t’s shape\, as well as how to add patterned designs. Further art discuss
 ions will include topics such as color theory\, proportions\, and pattern 
 generation. Initial projects will be smaller in scale so that they can be 
 used as references for later projects. All skill levels are welcome.\n\nTh
 e workshop includes room\, meals\, and conferences at Saint Meinrad Archab
 bey's guest house. Check-in is at 2:00pm on July 20. Check-out is at 11:00
 am on July 23\, with the final conference finishing around 3:30pm.\n\nFor
