Daylily Basket with Stems

I am a mixed media artist working mostly with both recycled and foraged materials, frequently employing fiber techniques. I love making something out of anything. While some of my work could be categorized as non-traditional basketry, I have spent the pandemic learning more traditional basketmaking techniques, working with both purchased materials (reed, waxed linen) and foraged plant "waste" from my neighborhood.
